I have had a fondness for the English language since I was five. This was in spite of English not being my mother tongue. I was a voracious reader, and used to marvel at the stories authors could weave. With age, I progressed from Enid Blyton to Agatha Christie to Jeffery Archer to Ayn Rand, and my fascination with the play of words increased.

Starting with writing articles for school, I moved to creating a blog for myself. Herein, I scribbled my emotions when I faced turbulent times. As I matured, I realized a blog was way more than a personal diary. Today, my blog has food entries, contest submissions, & the chit-chat of normal life. I also own a travel blog, Let’s Go Sightseeing.

I do not write fancy. I write what people can relate to. My stories are what everyone faces sometime in life. I am still hesitant about my writing, but I know the more I write, the more confident I will become. I call myself a blogger and a travel blogger. Sometime in the distant future, I hope to call myself an author.
